These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the BuyTryShare® website (hereinafter the "Site"), accessible at https://buytryshare.com.

The Site presents the B2B activities, analyses and services of BuyTryShare intended for advertisers, agencies and ad sales houses.

Use of the Site implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Use.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing that, the competent French courts shall have jurisdiction. Disputes involving professionals registered with the Trade and Companies Register shall fall within the jurisdiction of the Commercial Court within whose jurisdiction BuyTryShare's registered office is located.
